（成人重癥醫(yī)學(xué)科）
廣東省婦幼保健院MICU（成人重癥監(jiān)護室）是我院獨立臨床科室之一，在醫(yī)院領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的關(guān)懷和兄弟科室的緊密協(xié)作下，經(jīng)過不斷的發(fā)展磨練，技術(shù)日漸成熟。
堅實的醫(yī)療團隊
我科擁有一支以中青年為主體，敢于拼搏、團結(jié)奮發(fā)、充滿活力的醫(yī)護隊伍?，F(xiàn)在醫(yī)生7人，其中高級職稱4人，博士2人，碩士4名。護士12人，其中中級以上職稱3人。醫(yī)護人員大部分經(jīng)過重癥專業(yè)培訓(xùn)進修，是一支訓(xùn)練有素的人才隊伍。
強大的醫(yī)療設(shè)備
我科現(xiàn)有病床7張，包括層流病房2張?？剖遗鋫溆心壳白钕冗M的飛利浦多功能床旁監(jiān)護儀7臺，有創(chuàng)及無創(chuàng)呼吸機4臺，床旁血濾機2臺，多功能除顫起搏儀1臺，床旁血氣分析儀1臺，心電圖機1臺，床旁心房鈉尿肽檢測儀1臺，以及多臺微量泵、輸液器等先進儀器。
目前可開展無創(chuàng)心電、呼吸、血壓、氧飽和度監(jiān)測；有創(chuàng)血流動力學(xué)監(jiān)測（包括中心靜脈壓，有創(chuàng)動脈血壓等）；呼吸機通氣支持；床旁持續(xù)性腎臟替代治療（CRRT）；循環(huán)支持；輸液管理；心臟起搏、心肺復(fù)蘇等技術(shù)，為我院成人危重病人的集中管理創(chuàng)造了良好條件。
專業(yè)的醫(yī)療技術(shù)
科室成立以來搶救了包括呼吸心跳驟停、急性脂肪肝、重度HELLP綜合癥、子癇、重度子癇前期、肺栓塞、DIC、產(chǎn)后大出血、產(chǎn)后急性腎功能衰竭、急性心衰肺水腫、重度甲流H1N1、腫瘤化療后重度骨髓抑制等病人。目前搶救成功率接近100%，有效降低了重癥病人的死亡率。
今后，我們將依托省婦幼保健院的平臺，最大限度的搶救全省病人，尤其是危重孕產(chǎn)婦的生命，改善其生存質(zhì)量，造福社會。我們相信，精湛的醫(yī)療技術(shù)和先進的各種配套監(jiān)測、搶救設(shè)備能為危重病人的搶救提供有力的保重。
MICU(Medicine Intensive Care Unit) is one of the independent clinical departments of Guangdong
Women and Children hospital.
The medical staff in MICU are young and middle-aged. The total number of 7 doctor staff, doctors with senior professional titles 4, 2 have
doctor's degree, 3 are with master's degree. intermediate grade teachers. The nurse staff
have 12 people, 3 of them are intermediate certificated. All of the staff are well trained and
professional.
MICU has accommodation for 7 patients, including 2 laminar air-flow ward. It is equipped with 7 of the most advanced Philips multifunctional monitor,4 invasive
and noninvasive breathing machine, 2 blood filter, 1 Defibrillator, 1 bedside blood gas
analyzer, 1 NT-proBNP tester, and several micro injection pumps.
Since MICU founded, we have rescued respiratory and cardiac arrest, acute fatty liver, severe
HELLP syndrome, eclampsia, pulmonary embolism, DIC, postpartum hemorrhage, severe
preeclampsia, postpartum acute renal failure, acute heart failure, pulmonary edema, H1N1,
severe bone marrow suppression after chemotherapy of cancer patients. By now, the success
rate is almost 100%, effectively reduce the mortality of severe patients.
